Booking: A signed contract and non-refundable deposit of 25% of total cost are required to secure your event date.

Payment: Remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. Services will not be performed unless full payment has been received.

Cancellation: Client cancellations within 14 days of the event require payment of the full contract amount. If cancellation is due to unforeseen DJ emergency (illness, accident, etc.), a full refund will be provided.

Client Responsibilities: Client must provide adequate power, a safe performance space, and allow at least 60 minutes for setup before the event.

Liability: Saint Music & Events is not responsible for power failures, venue restrictions, or guest misconduct. Clients are liable for any damage to DJ equipment caused by guests or event conditions.

Music & Requests: Clients may provide a playlist or preferred songs at least 14 days before the event. Saint Music & Events will make every effort to include requested songs but cannot guarantee that all selections will be played. Guests’ song requests will be accommodated when possible at the DJ’s discretion.

Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for cancellation due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., natural disaster, venue closure).
